The Joint Commission is seeking panel members for its new project to assess and implement standardized performance measures specifically addressing the needs of critical access hospitals. The Technical Advisory Panel (TAP) will be made up of eight to 10 experts with clinical experience in a small, rural hospital setting, expertise in an electronic health record environment, knowledge of quality reporting requirements for critical access hospitals, and experience in developing standardized performance measures for small hospitals.
