The Joint Commission’s international branch met in June with delegates from China’s healthcare system to discuss quality initiatives in the US, health reform priorities, and potential for future collaboration and information exchange.

This was part of an overarching visit in which the delegates also met with CMS, the Health and Human Services Department, medical device and pharmaceutical companies, and healthcare organizations.
