The long-awaited update to The Joint Commission’s (TJC) Survey Activity Guide for hospitals is finally online. 

The “what’s new” introduction to the updated guide notes that it has been organized so there is now program-specific information that is applicable only to hospital accreditation customers and there are hyperlinks to activity descriptions and COVID-19 specific documentation requirements, among other things.
