Gratitude is one of the most powerful forces that move an organization forward. It requires little to no increase in spending, increases employee engagement, decreases workforce stress and burnout, and rewards the giver as much as the receiver.

Gratitude is not some fluffy idea that requires organizations to hug one another. Rather, it is an organizational culture that, once established and practiced regularly, can propel an organization and help it recover from market setbacks in remarkable time. This is accomplished by making employees feel valued.
