This month’s featured member is Harsha Upadhyay, MBA, MS (HCM), CSHA, CPHQ.

Harsha is the Corporate Director of Performance Improvement for Prime Healthcare Services in Ontario, CA. Harsha has a strong focus on organization wide performance improvement processes, patient safety, and is an expert in healthcare accreditation. He serves as an expert resource within Prime Healthcare Services as it relates to clinical quality, patient safety, regulatory and accreditation programs.
